A balanced motion cable gap bridge telescopic compensation device comprises two fixed bases which are fixed on a bridge body and are positioned on two sides of a bridge expansion joint, a telescopic mechanism, and a supporting mechanism, wherein the telescopic mechanism is provided with two rotary connecting ends and a movable connecting end, and the two rotary connecting ends are rotatably connected with the two fixed bases respectively; the supporting mechanism includes a top support, a plurality of middle supports and a plurality of end supports, the top support and the middle supports areused for movably supporting the cable, and the plurality of end supports are used for fixing the cable; and the top support is connected with a movable connecting end of the telescopic mechanism, themultiple middle supports are all arranged on the telescopic mechanism and located between the two rotary connecting ends and one movable connecting end, and the multiple end supports are fixed to thebridge body and located on the two sides of the two fixed bases. According to the embodiment of the invention, a telescopic change of the bridge expansion joint can be converted into movable displacement of the movable connecting end of the telescopic mechanism through the fixed base and the telescopic mechanism, and the cable can be effectively supported through the top support, the plurality ofmiddle supports and the plurality of end supports.
