The invention belongs to the technical field of a treatment process of sintered bricks, and relates to a raw material treatment process of sintered insulating bricks with short aging time and low moisture content. The raw material treatment process comprises the following steps of preliminarily screening by using a drum screen: putting raw materials required for the sintered bricks in the drum screen for preliminary screening, and screening powder and aggregates; crushing by using a crushing machine: putting the aggregates in the crushing machine so as to be crushed; and finely screening by using the drum screen: putting mixed materials in the drum screen for fine screening, and screening powder and aggregates. When the materials are mixed by using a mixer, original water in the materialscan be evaporated and removed, so that the degree of separation of the materials is better, the materials can be fully and uniformly mixed during mixing, and the water in the materials is reduced; andwhen the aging treatment is performed in the next step, the materials can be mixed all the time due to the existence of a mixing structure and a heating structure, so that the materials are in a dynamic process all the time and are difficult to coagulate, the materials are loose, and the next process of the materials is facilitated.
