The invention discloses an efficient production process of non-clay sintered insulating bricks. The efficient production process comprises the following steps: (1)uniformly collecting waste soil; (2)crushing the waste soil through a crushing and screening device, and screening and removing metal residues mixed in the waste soil ; (3)storing waste soil particles in a waste soil collecting box through different storage boxes; (4)conveying the plurality of storage boxes to a basement for fermentation; (5)removing bubbles in the storage boxes through a foam removing device; (6)pouring the fermented waste soil into an extruder, and extruding the insulating bricks through the extruder; 7, airing; 8, drying; and (9)sintering: adding straw in the sintering process so as to form heat preservationholes in the insulating bricks. According to the scheme, explosion accidents of the building rubbish in the later sintering process are effectively avoided, air holes can be prevented from being generated in the organic matter sintering process, and therefore safe and high-quality production is achieved.
