The invention provides an electric drive loading machine power system, a power control method and an electric drive loading machine, and relates to the technical field of electric drive loading machines. The electric drive loading machine power system comprises a master controller, a power energy subsystem and an electromotor. The power energy subsystem and the electromotor are connected with themaster controller. The power energy subsystem comprises a flywheel and a power battery. The power battery is used for providing conventional required power. The flywheel is used for carrying out flywheel energy storage so as to provide peak value required power. The power energy subsystem is used for transmitting the conventional required power and/or the peak value required power to the electromotor, so that the electromotor provides power for the electric drive loading machine. The size of the loading machine is reduced, meanwhile, the high energy density of the power battery and the high power density of flywheel energy storage are fully utilized, electric energy is provided for a long time, and the energy utilization rate is increased; and the technical requirement of releasing high power within a short time to resist impact loads can be met, and safety of the loading machine is improved.
