By adopting a water-permeable material with a water-permeable function, the water permeability of the concrete is improved, and the prepared concrete has good water permeability; by using a reinforcing agent, the mechanical properties such as compressive strength and flexural strength and the construction performance of the concrete can be significantly improved; according to the preparation method, the high-performance colored water-permeable asphalt concrete is produced by using concrete production equipment, air is dispersed in mixed raw materials through operation of a power-assisted stirring mechanism, so that the mixed raw materials are fluffy, the resistance in the stirring process of spiral stirring blades is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced; and meanwhile, the spiral stirring blades are stirred more fully, so that various raw materials in the prepared high-performance colored water-permeable asphalt concrete are dispersed more uniformly, the quality of the high-performance colored water-permeable asphalt concrete is improved, and the unloading process of the concrete production equipment is simple and quick.
