The invention discloses a firing method of a persimmon red Jianzhan (a Chinese name of an ancient royal tea set). The firing method comprises the following steps: preparing a green body raw material and glaze slip, wherein the green body raw material is subjected to throwing forming and fettling to obtain a green body, and the green body is subjected to standing airing and biscuit firing; and after glazing and airing, putting into an electric kiln for roasting. The formula, the sintering atmosphere, the temperature curve and other technological processes are clear, easy to control, high in stability and relatively high in yield. The fired Jianzhan is persimmon red in glaze color and has crystal grains of mountains, and meanwhile, the surface of the glaze is smooth and glossy and is basically free of pores.
