Aluminum-silicon light refractory castable and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of energy-saving and environment-friendly materials, and particularly relates to a light refractory castable with aluminum ash as a main raw material and apreparation method of the light refractory castable. The aluminum-silicon light refractory castable comprises aggregate and powder, and consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40to 80 parts of the aluminum ash, 20 to 60 parts of auxiliary materials, 0.1 to 3 parts of a binding agent, 15 to 35 parts of aluminum ash fine powder, 0 to 8 parts of aluminum oxide micro powder, 0 to8 parts of micro silicon powder, 1 to 10 parts of aluminosilicate cement and 1 to 5 parts of clay, wherein the aggregate comprises the aluminum ash, the auxiliary materials and the binding agent, andthe powder comprises the aluminum ash fine powder, the aluminum oxide micro powder, the micro silicon powder, the aluminosilicate cement and the clay. The castable prepared from aluminum ash ceramicballs as the aggregate is larger in porosity, more uniform in internal micropore distribution, low in heat conductivity coefficient, high in strength, small in reburning linear change rate and good inthermal insulation effect, and can be directly applied to kilns and other thermal equipment. The raw materials used in the preparation method of the castable provided by the invention is a large amount of the aluminum ash which is accumulated and is not fully utilized at present, the aluminum ash is recycled, resources are saved, and the preparation method is energy-saving, environment-friendly and low in production cost and has important significance for utilization and harmless treatment of the aluminum ash.
本发明属于节能环保材料技术领域,具体涉及到一种用铝灰作为主要原料的轻质耐火浇注料及其制备方法。所述铝硅质轻质耐火浇注料包括骨料和粉料,由以下重量份数原料组成:骨料组成:铝灰40‑80份、辅料20‑60份、粘结剂0.1份‑3份;粉料组成:铝灰细粉15‑35份、氧化铝微粉0‑8份、微硅粉0‑8份、铝硅酸盐水泥1‑10份、粘土1‑5份。以铝灰陶瓷球为骨料制备的浇注料孔隙率更大、内部微孔分布更加均匀、导热系数低、强度高、重烧线变化率小、保温效果好,能直接用于窑炉及其他热工设备。本发明提供的浇注料的制备方法所用原料为目前大量堆积且没有得到充分利用的铝灰,将其资源化,节约资源,是一种节能环保且生产成本低的制备方法,对铝灰的利用及无害处理具有重要意义。
