The invention discloses a preparation method of a novel aluminum-silicon light refractory castable. The method comprises the following steps: selecting fused white corundum and sintered aluminum oxideas main raw materials of the refractory castable, hydrated aluminum oxide and active alpha-Al2O3 as binding agents, active aluminum oxide as a filler, adding an efficient additive, selecting a proportioning coefficient q value according to the target performance and use requirements of the material, and optimizing the fine powder particles; the hydrated alumina in the combination system and waterare subjected to a thermal reaction to generate trihydroxyaluminite and boehmite sol to achieve a combination effect. Since the hydrated alumina is very fine, the hydration effect of the hydrated alumina is relatively fast under a certain temperature condition, and a large amount of sol can be formed; and therefore, the all-aluminum refractory or castable under a constant strength can be fired byadding only 2% of hydrated alumina. The refractory material is high in refractoriness, small in high-temperature shrinkage, high in strength after firing and very good in heat insulation performance.
本发明公开了一种新型铝硅系轻质耐火浇注料的制备方法,选用电熔白刚玉,烧结氧化铝作为耐火浇注料的主原料,以水合氧化铝和活性α‑AlO作为结合剂,活性氧化铝作为填料,并添加高效外加剂,根据材料目标性能和使用要求选择配比系数q值并对细粉部分颗粒进行优化;结合系统中水合氧化铝与水发生热反应生成三羟铝石和勃姆石溶胶起结合作用,由于水合氧化铝很细,在一定的温度条件下,其水化作用比较快,可形成大量溶胶,因此加入仅2%水合氧化铝,就能烧制成常强度下的全铝耐或浇注料。本发明耐火度高、高温收缩小、烧后强度高以及隔热保温性能非常好。
