The construction device comprises a base, four stand column components and two quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block support plate components, wherein the base is of a rectangular frame structure and comprises two opposite first border components and two opposite second border components, diagonally crossed reinforcing ribs are arranged in the rectangular frame structure, four wheel components connected with the base and capable of moving the construction device are symmetrically arranged below the base, two first stand column components are vertically connected to one first border component to support and position the first quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block supportplate component, the other two second stand column components are vertically connected to the other first border component to support and position the second quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block support plate component, and the first quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block support plate component and the second quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block support plate component are configured to beused for supporting the to-be-dismounted or to-be-mounted quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block from the position below the quakeproof anti-falling beam stop block.
