Temporary cross-seam steel-concrete combination structure for realizing quick connection of divided bridge decks
The invention discloses a temporary cross-seam steel-concrete combination structure for realizing quick connection of divided bridge decks. The combination structure comprises a steel plate, a plurality of steel plate T-shaped braces, a transverse PBL perforated plate, a reinforcing mesh and a steel fiber concrete layer, wherein the transverse PBL perforated plate is arranged on the steel plate; the plurality of steel plate T-shaped braces are arranged below the steel plate; transverse steel bars on the top face of the steel plate extend out of the steel plate by enough anchoring length and are bound with longitudinal steel bars penetrating through the transverse PBL perforated plate to form the reinforcing mesh; steel fiber concrete is poured on the reinforcing mesh and the transverse PBLperforated plate on the steel plate and the top face of the steel plate to form the steel fiber concrete layer; and the lower portions of the two sides of the temporary cross-seam steel-concrete combination structure are erected on the top faces of the decks, corresponding to boundary web positions, of boundary beams in two current bridges and are fixed through a plurality of internal common bolts. Through the combination structure, temporary cross-seam quick connection of the two current bridges can be realized at lower cost.
本发明公开了实现分幅桥梁桥面快速连接的临时跨缝钢混组合结构,包括钢板、钢板T型加劲、横向PBL开孔板、钢筋网片和钢纤维混凝土层;钢板上面设有横向PBL开孔板;钢板的下面设有若干钢板T型加劲;钢板顶面的横向钢筋伸出钢板外足够的锚固长度,与横向PBL开孔板内穿设的纵向钢筋绑扎成钢筋网片;钢板上面的钢筋网片、横向PBL开孔板,以及钢板顶面浇筑钢纤维混凝土形成钢纤维混凝土层;临时跨缝钢混组合结构的两侧的下面分别搭设于两幅现状桥梁内边梁对应边腹板位置的桥面顶面,并通过若干内置的普通螺栓进行固定。本发明能够以更低的成本实现现状两幅现状桥梁的临时跨缝快速连接。
