Temporary joint-crossing steel structure capable of realizing rapid connection of bridge decks of separated bridges
The invention discloses a temporary joint-crossing steel structure capable of realizing rapid connection of bridge decks of separated bridges. The steel structure comprises a plurality of top steel plates, a plurality of transversal stiffening ribbed plates and a set-down side corbel structure; the plurality of top steel plates are arranged on two existing bridges in a longitudinal bridge direction; the plurality of transversal stiffening ribbed plates arranged in a transverse bridge direction are arranged near the center position of the lower portion of each top steel plate, and supporting plates are arranged near two sides to form the set-down side corbel structure; asphalt or other flexible materials fills or fill between a gap between every two adjacent top steel plates, and the bottompart of each gap is provided with a U-shaped thin steel plate bottom seal; lower portions of two sides of the temporary joint-crossing steel structure are respectively erected on top surfaces of thebridge decks, at positions where inner boundary beams correspond to side webs, of the two existing bridges; and a mortar bed and a rubber layer are arranged between the lower portions of the two sidesof the temporary joint-crossing steel structure and the top surface of the bridge deck, at the positions where the inner boundary beams correspond to the side webs, of the corresponding existing bridge. The temporary joint-crossing steel structure can realize the rapid connection of the two existing bridges at lower cost.
本发明公开了实现分幅桥梁桥面快速连接的临时跨缝的钢结构构造,包括若干顶钢板、若干横向加劲肋板和搁置侧牛腿构造;若干顶钢板沿纵桥向设置于两幅现状桥梁;每一顶钢板的下面靠近中心位置设有若干沿横桥向设置的横向加劲肋板,靠两侧位置位置设置支撑板形成搁置侧牛腿构造;每两块相邻的顶钢板之间的间隙均填充沥青或其它柔性材料,并在间隙底部设置U型薄钢板封底;临时跨缝的钢结构构造的两侧的下面分别搭设于两幅现状桥梁内边梁对应边腹板位置的桥面顶面;临时跨缝的钢结构构造的两侧的下面与相应的现状桥梁内边梁对应边腹板位置的桥面顶面之间均设有设砂浆垫层和橡胶层。本发明能够以更低的成本实现现状两幅现状桥梁的临时跨缝快速连接。
