The invention relates to a water surface cleaning device. The water surface cleaning device at least comprises a fixed mounting plate and a garbage cleaning frame, wherein power driving blades, driving motors, an electric energy supply device, a controller and a garbage detection sensor are arranged below the four corners of the fixed mounting plate correspondingly; when the garbage detection sensor detects that garbage exists on the water surface, the garbage detection sensor sends the position information of the detected garbage on the water surface to the controller, the controller controlsthe rotating speeds of the four driving motors mounted on the fixed mounting plate according to the received garbage position information, and the whole water surface cleaning device is driven to move to the garbage position; and when the garbage detection sensor gets close to the garbage, the controller controls the garbage cleaning frame to be opened, and the garbage on the water surface is cleaned. The garbage position on the water surface can be automatically detected, the garbage is accurately cleaned, and manpower and material resources are reduced; and the four power driving blades arearranged, the four power driving blades can be controlled to rotate differently, the movement direction of the device is changed, and the garbage picking efficiency is improved.
