WATER SURFACE CLEANING DEVICE
To provide a water surface cleaning device that stably and continuously sucks water in a thin layer of water together with garbage, dust, and dirt from pools, water tanks, or the like and purifies it with a filter or the like.SOLUTION: A double cylinder "suction port float" 1 having a donut-shaped air chamber in which a columnar or prism outer cylinder and a columnar inner cylinder shorter than the outer cylinder are connected on the upper surface, is covered with a columnar or prism cup-shaped "suction port cup" 2 installed in water through a small sliding gap as a suction port. Water near the water surface flows into the suction port cup through a hole in the center of the suction port float, and raises the water level in the suction port cup. Along with this, the suction port float also rises, and the amount of inflowing water decreases. When the inflow amount falls below the suction amount by the pump, the water level in the suction port cup drops again, and this is repeated thereafter. Using this mechanism, the suction port float is balanced at a fixed position below the water surface where the suction amount and the inflow amount are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】プールや水槽等のゴミや埃、塵とともに水面の薄い層の水を安定的に継続して吸い込み、フィルター等で浄化する水面清掃装置を提供する。【解決手段】円柱又は角柱の外部筒と、外部筒よりも短い円柱の内部筒とを上面で繋いだドーナツ状の空気室を持つ2重筒「吸い込み口フロート」1を、水中に設置された円柱又は角柱のカップ状の「吸い込み口カップ」2上部に、摺動できるわずかな隙間を介して被せたものを吸い込み口とし、水面近傍の水が吸い込み口フロート中央部分の穴から吸い込み口カップ内に流入して、吸い込み口カップ内水位を上昇させる。これに伴い吸い込み口フロートも上昇し、流入する水量が減る。流入量がポンプによる吸引量を下回った時、再び吸い込み口カップ内水位が下降し、以降この繰り返しとなる。この仕組みを利用して、吸引量と流入量が同量となる水面下の一定位置に吸い込み口フロートをバランスさせる。【選択図】図1
