Method for preparing silicon spar composite material
The invention relates to a method for preparing a silicon spar composite material. The method comprises the following steps: preparing purple soil and shale waste residues, adding an additive, carrying out mixing, and carrying out wet grinding to prepare foamed ceramic slurry; mixing waste glass powder and silicon dioxide powder, and carrying out wet grinding to prepare microcrystalline glass slurry; putting the two kinds of slurry into a drying oven for drying and then smashing the dried slurry in a smashing machine to prepare foamed ceramic powder and microcrystalline glass powder with the particle size ranging from 200 meshes to 300 meshes; paving the microcrystalline glass powder at the bottom of a mold, paving the foamed ceramic powder on the microcrystalline glass powder, and then carrying out roasting foaming and crystallization processes by using a medium-temperature box-type resistance furnace; and finally cooling along with the furnace to obtain the silicon spar composite material. The method is short in technological process and easy to operate, the shale waste residues and the waste glass powder are waste, recycling of the solid waste is achieved, and the obtained silicon spar composite material product is high in value.
本发明涉及一种制备硅晶石复合材料的方法,按以下步骤进行:准备紫土、页岩废渣并加入添加剂混合后湿磨制成发泡陶瓷料浆;将废玻璃粉和二氧化硅粉混合后湿磨制成微晶玻璃料浆;将两种料浆放入烘箱进行干燥,然后在粉碎机中粉碎,分别制成发泡陶瓷粉体、微晶玻璃粉体,粉体粒径为200~300目;将微晶玻璃粉体铺平在模具底部,发泡陶瓷粉体铺平在微晶玻璃粉体上,然后用中温箱式电阻炉进行焙烧发泡和析晶过程;最后随炉冷却获得硅晶石复合材料。本发明的工艺流程简短,操作简单,所用页岩废渣和废玻璃粉为废弃物,实现了固体废弃物的资源化利用,得到的硅晶石复合材料产品价值高。
