The invention relates to a method for preparing silicon spar from potassium permanganate waste residues. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing raw materials, namely potassium permanganate waste residues, shale, clay and an additive; s2, weighing the raw materials in proportion, uniformly mixing, adding water, granulating, aging, and extruding a wet blank sample in vacuum; s3, drying the wet blank sample; and S4, preheating the dried material, then carrying out high-temperature treatment, and finally roasting to obtain the sintered silicon spar. According to the method, the potassium permanganate waste residues which are different from conventional components and are difficult to utilize are effectively used for preparing the silicon spar, the potassium permanganate waste residues can be consumed in a large mixing amount and converted into green building materials, waste is converted into economic benefits, and the requirements of the two industries of solid waste treatment and building materials are met.
本发明涉及一种利用高锰酸钾废渣制备硅晶石的方法,其包括S1、准备原料高锰酸钾废渣、页岩、粘土和添加剂;S2、按比例称取原料,混合均匀后加水造粒,陈化,然后真空挤出湿胚样品;S3、将湿胚样品干燥;S4、将干燥后的物料先预热,后高温处理,最后焙烧,获得烧结硅晶石。本发明方法将不同于常规成分的难以利用的高锰酸钾废渣有效用于制备硅晶石,可大掺量的消耗高锰酸钾废渣,并转化为绿色建材,把废物转变出经济效益,符合固废处理、建材两个行业的需要。
