Composite dielectric ceramic material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a composite dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite dielectric ceramic material is prepared from LiZnPO4 and LiMnPO4. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing a LiZnPO4 ceramic pre-sintered material and a LiMnPO4 ceramic pre-sintered material; and (2) mixing, crushing and sintering the LiZnPO4ceramic pre-sintered material and the LiMnPO4 ceramic pre-sintered material obtained in the step (1) to obtain the composite dielectric ceramic material. The composite dielectric ceramic material provided by the invention has the excellent characteristics of low dielectric constant, high quality factor, high relative density and low intrinsic densification temperature. According to the preparationmethod, under the condition that no sintering aid is added, the densification temperature of the composite dielectric ceramic can be far lower than the melting point of silver.
本发明提供一种复合介电陶瓷材料及其制备方法和用途。所述复合介电陶瓷材料包括LiZnPO4和LiMnPO4。所述制备方法包括:(1)制备LiZnPO4陶瓷预烧料和LiMnPO4陶瓷预烧料;(2)对步骤(1)所述LiZnPO4陶瓷预烧料和LiMnPO4陶瓷预烧料进行混合破碎,烧结,得到所述复合介电陶瓷材料。本发明提供的复合介电陶瓷材料,具有低介电常数、高品质因数、高相对密度以及低本征致密化温度的优异特性。所述制备方法在不添加任何助烧剂的情况下,可使所述复合接电陶瓷的致密化温度远低于银的熔点。

The invention provides a composite dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite dielectric ceramic material is prepared from LiZnPO4 and LiMnPO4.
