The process comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning and drying stones, cleaning the stones, checking whether soil remains on the surfaces of the stones or not, and drying the stones by a dryer to keep the stones dry as much as possible; S2, screening the stones, specifically, screening the sizes of the stones through a screen, and selecting the stones with a particle size of 0.5-1 cm; and S3, cleaning and checking a base layer, washing and cleaning the base layer,and waiting for the surface of the base layer to be dried.
