The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span channel in an artificial landscape mountain. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, pile foundations are constructed on two sides of a large-span channel; 2, a bearing platform foundation pit is excavated, a pile head is chiseled away, a bearing platform structure is poured, and the bearing platform structure anda pile foundation are reliably connected; 3, a formwork for pouring a bridge abutment/pier wall is erected; 4, combined steel beams are hoisted in place, and the combined steel beams and the bridge abutment/pier wall are welded through embedded steel plates to form a stress main frame; 5, based on the main steel beams of the combined steel beams, bottom formworks and side formworks for pouring a surface layer concrete structure are built; 6, the surface layer concrete structure is poured, and the main steel beams are connected with the surface layer concrete structure; 7, fully-wrapped waterproofing is performed along the top of the surface layer concrete structure and a soil facing surface of the bridge abutment/pier wall; 8, EPS light materials are gradually piled up along the two sidesof the channel needing a large span; and 9, planting soil is filled to a designed elevation. The prefabricated combined steel beams are adopted to form the framework, and the influence of constructionon an existing road is reduced.
本发明公开了人造景观山体中的大跨度通道的建造方法,步骤如下:1、在大跨度通道的两侧施工桩基础;2、开挖承台基坑,凿除桩头,浇筑承台结构,使承台结构和桩基础可靠连接;3、搭建浇筑桥台/墩墙的立模;4、将组合钢梁吊装就位,组合钢梁与桥台/墩墙采用预埋钢板焊接形成受力主框架;5、以组合钢梁的主钢梁为基础,搭建浇筑面层混凝土结构用的底模板和侧模板;6、浇筑面层混凝土结构,并将主钢梁与面层混凝土结构连接;7、沿面层混凝土结构的顶部,以及桥台/墩墙迎土面进行全包防水;8、沿需大跨度通道的两侧逐步堆砌EPS轻质材料;9、堆填种植土至设计标高。本发明采用预制组合钢梁形成骨架,减少了施工对既有道路的影响。
