The invention discloses a road snow removal rolling brush which comprises a roller. Mounting holes are formed in the surface of the roller, brush wires are embedded in the mounting holes, through holes are formed in the middles of the brush wires, reinforcing rings are arranged between the brush wires in the same round surface, and wear-resisting end columns are perpendicularly welded to the outerends of the brush wires. In the invention, the brush wires are arranged to be an ''X''-shaped cross structure; stability is good; the brush wires in the same round surface are connected through the reinforcing ring, an anti-torque acting force between the brush wires in a snow removing process is increased, a part of stress of roots is transferred to connecting positions of the middles of the brush wires and the reinforcing ring, the connecting stability of the brush wires is guaranteed, and breaking or falling is avoided; inner portions of the brush wires are arranged to be a multi-layer composite structure, the elasticity and toughness of the brush wires are improved, and meanwhile abrasion resistance of the brush wires is improved; the wear-resisting end columns are in direct contact with the road surface so that wear of the brush wires is effectively reduced; and groove and convex strip structures are formed on the surfaces of the wear-resisting end columns, accumulated snow on the road surface can be shoveled conveniently, and the snow removing effect is good.
本发明公开了一种道路除雪滚刷,包括滚筒,滚筒表面开设有安装孔,安装孔内嵌装刷丝,刷丝中部开设有通孔,各同一圆面内的刷丝之间设置有加强环,各刷丝外端垂直焊接有耐磨端柱。本发明通过将刷丝设置为“X”形交叉结构,稳定性好,将同一圆面内的刷丝之间通过加强环连接起来,增大了除雪过程中刷丝之间的抗扭矩作用力,将根部的一部分受力转移到刷丝中部与加强环的连接处,保证了刷丝连接的稳定性,避免折断或脱落;将刷丝内部设置为多层复合结构,增加了刷丝的弹力和韧性,同时提升了刷丝的耐磨性能;耐磨端柱与路面直接接触,有效减少了刷丝的磨损;耐磨端柱表面形成凹槽和凸条结构,便于对路面积雪进行铲除,除雪效果好。
