The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a pavement snow removal rolling brush. The method comprises the steps of weighing raw materials, acquiring plastic brush wires, evenly winding a heated and softened plastic belt on an outer portion of the metal brush wires, and accruing brush wire strips; evenly and tightly winding torque spring wires on the outer portion of the brush wire strips,and acquiring final brush wires; and making alloy ball particles be welded to the outer ends of the brush wires in a fusion mode, embedding brush wire bundles in a periphery of a roller, and acquiringa roller brush. The brush wire of a composite structure is adopted, a metal inner core strip serves as an inner core of the brush wire, and the strength and toughness of the brush wire are greatly improved; the plastic belt is used as a packaging isolation belt, and the metal inner core strip is combined with the torque spring wire so that durability of the brush wire is greatly improved; the plurality of brush wires are combined into the brush wire bundle to be fixed on the roller so that a mutual matching effect among the brush wires is enhanced, and a snow sweeping effect is good; and thealloy ball particles are welded at the outer end of each brush wire so that wear resistance of a contact end of the brush wires and the bottom surface is effectively improved.
