Method of reinforcing soil mass by W-type interlocking pile based on MICP technique
The invention discloses a method of reinforcing soil mass by a W-type interlocking pile based on an MICP technique and belongs to the field of building fixation by biotechniques. The method comprisesthe following steps of placing an MICP grouting device in an appointed position of a pile body prior to pouring concrete to adjacent plain pile bodies of the W-type interlocking pile and connecting apressure grouting machine; and when it is needed to reinforce the soil mass, injecting a bacterial solution into one pipe and injecting a cementing solution into the other pipe through the pressure grouting machine, and in addition, inserting electrodes into the two plain piles at the most edge of the W-type interlocking pile. Permeability of the soil mass is reduced by means of the MICP technique, so that a good waterproof curtain is formed. Sudden welling in a foundation pit can be further inhibited to a certain extent, and meanwhile, soil masses on two sides of the foundation pit can be better reinforced by a foundation pit protecting way which combines the anti-bend W-type interlocking pile and the MICP technique reinforced soil mass, so as to prevent collapse of the foundation pit. The method of reinforcing the soil mass is easy to construct, can be repeatedly used, and is good in universality and wide in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种基于MICP技术的W型咬合桩加固土体方法,属于生物技术固定建筑物领域。该方法在W型咬合桩的相邻素桩桩身混凝土浇筑之前预先在桩身指定位置内放置MICP注浆装置,连接压力注浆机。在需要对土体进行加固时,通过压力注浆机向其中一管内注入菌液,另一管内注入胶结液,另外在W型咬合桩最边缘的两根素桩中插入电极连接电源。本发明利用MICP技术减小土体渗透性,从而形成良好的防水帷幕,还可能在一定程度内抑制基坑坑内突涌,同时利用抗弯W型咬合桩与MICP技术加固土体相结合的基坑保护方式可以更好地加固基坑两侧土体,防止基坑坍塌。该加固土体方法施工简便,可重复利用,普适性好,应用前景广阔。
