The invention relates to an island reinforcing system and method based on a temperature control MICP (Minimum Inductively Coupled Plasma). Comprising a xanthan gum liquid tank, a constant low-temperature storage tank, a bacterial liquid tank and a reaction liquid tank which are arranged in the constant low-temperature storage tank, a constant-temperature storage tank, a mixed liquid tank arranged in the constant-temperature storage tank, a solar heat reservoir for keeping the constant temperature of the constant-temperature storage tank constant, a peristaltic pump, a water injection pipe, a water drainage pipe, a liquid drainage channel arranged between the water injection pipe and the water drainage pipe, a water collection tank and a vacuum pump, the constant low-temperature storage tank keeps low temperature by using an underground water extraction device; all the elements are connected through valves and pipelines, and the purposes that a mixed liquid tank with the needed temperature is injected into a to-be-reinforced area of the island reef to complete MICP induction primary reinforcement, xanthan gum liquid is injected to complete secondary reinforcement, liquid in the to-be-reinforced area of the island reef is pumped out, and third-time reinforcement of the island reef is achieved are achieved. According to the method, a temperature control MICP method process is introduced into a protection project for reinforcing the large island reef, and meanwhile, multiple times of circulating reinforcement of the island reef is achieved by matching with a xanthan gum consolidation and drying consolidation method.
本发为一种基于温控MICP的岛礁加固系统及方法。包括黄原胶液罐,恒低温储罐,设置在恒低温储罐中的菌液罐和反应液罐,恒温储罐,设置在恒温储罐中的混合液罐,用于保持恒温储罐恒温的太阳能储热器,蠕动泵,注水管,排水管,设置在注水管和排水管之间的排液通道,集水罐和真空泵,恒低温储罐利用地下水抽采装置保持低温;各个元件之间通过阀门和管路连接,实现在将所需温度的混合液罐注入岛礁待加固区完成MICP诱导一次加固,注入黄原胶液完成二次加固,抽干岛礁待加固区的液体,实现岛礁的三次加固。本发明通过将“温控MICP方法”工艺引入大型岛礁加固的防护工程中,同时配合黄原胶固结以及干燥固结的方法实现岛礁的多次循环加固。
