The pulling stress acts on the edge covering structure, so that a gap between the two adjacent external thermal insulation boards is thoroughly sealed. Through cooperation of a splicing structure, a limiting structure, a fixing device and a pre-stress device, pulling force perpendicularly pointing to the wall surface is provided for the external thermal insulation board, so that traction stress exists between theexternal thermal insulation board and the wall surface; and then a chamfered rubber ring is cooperatively used, so that the gap between the external thermal insulation board and the wall surface is sealed. The overall waterproof performance and heat preservation performance are improved, the external thermal insulation board is not easy to damage, the service life of the external thermal insulation board is prolonged, and the practicability of the thermal insulation board is improved.
