The invention discloses a split joint connecting prefabricated concrete composite plate bottom plate and a construction method thereof. The bottom plate comprises at least two prefabricated veneers needing lateral sealing and splicing, wherein between the adjacent two prefabricated veneers, sections of cylindrical components outwards extending are pre-buried at intervals on one side of one first prefabricated veneer and in the joint direction of the prefabricated veneer, and threaded sections are arranged at the outward extending ends of the cylindrical components; hand holes are correspondingly provided on the joint side between the other second prefabricated veneer and the first prefabricated veneer and in extending path directions of the cylindrical components, through holes are provided in one side portions of hand hole chambers, the through holes are opposite to the cylindrical components and are in extending path directions of the cylindrical components, and outward extending portions of the cylindrical component penetrate the through holes and the threaded sections of the cylindrical components extend into the hand hole chambers; and the threaded sections are sleeved with gaskets and are provided with nuts in a screwing manner, and the nuts are screwed to tension and fix the first and second prefabricated veneers. The improved structure of the plate can significantly improve the appearance quality and use performance of a building.
本发明公开了一种分离式接缝连接的预制混凝土叠合板底板及其施工方法,包括至少2块需要侧向密封拼接的预制单板,相邻的2块预制单板中,其中一第一预制单板的一侧且沿其接缝方向,每间隔一段距离预埋一截外伸的柱形构件,柱形构件的外伸端部设置有螺纹段;另一第二预制单板,其与第一预制单板的接缝侧且处于柱形构件的延伸路径方向上,对应的设置有手孔,该手孔腔室的一侧部设置有穿孔,穿孔与柱形构件相对且处于柱形构件的延伸路径方向,柱形构件的外伸部穿设于穿孔内且其螺纹段伸入手孔的腔室内;螺纹段套有垫片并旋设有螺帽,螺帽旋紧以将第一预制单板和第二预制单板拉紧固定。本发明的改善结构会明显提高建筑的观感质量和使用性能。
