Connecting structure between prefabricated wall and prefabricated bottom plate and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a connecting structure between a prefabricated wall and a prefabricated bottom plate and a construction method of the connecting structure. A plurality of inverted-U-shaped overhanging steel bars which are the same in number and interval and are in lap joint with one another are arranged on two connecting surfaces where the prefabricated wall and the prefabricated bottom plate are connected; ultra-high performance concrete is poured in the range formed by the projection of the side face of the prefabricated wall to the prefabricated bottom plate to form a post-cast strip; a plurality of embedded screws which are grouped and vertically arranged are arranged on the connecting surface of the prefabricated bottom plate; t-shaped supporting leg structures are arranged at the positions, corresponding to each set of embedded screws, of the connecting face of the prefabricated wall. Each supporting leg structure comprises a sectional material main body and a connecting plate; each connecting plate is provided with a mounting hole corresponding to each embedded screw rod at the corresponding position; and corresponding embedded screws penetrate into the mounting holes and are fastened by nuts. During construction, the perpendicularity of the prefabricated wall meets the requirement by adjusting the positions of the nuts. The length of the prefabricated wall steel bar extending into the joint is effectively reduced, the post-pouring concrete volume is reduced, and the project construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了预制墙和预制底板之间的连接结构及其施工方法,预制墙和预制底板相接的两个连接面均设有同样数量、同样间距,并互相搭接的多个倒U形外伸钢筋,并在预制墙的侧面向预制底板投影所形成的范围浇筑超高性能混凝土形成后浇带;预制底板的连接面设有多个分组且垂直设置的预埋螺杆;预制墙的连接面对应每一组预埋螺杆的位置均设有呈T形的支腿结构;每一支腿结构均包括型材主体和连接板;每一连接板均对应相应位置的每一预埋螺杆均设有安装孔;安装孔均穿入相应的预埋螺杆并设置螺母紧固。施工中,通过调节螺母的位置使预制墙的垂直度符合要求。本发明有效减少预制墙钢筋伸入节点的长度,减少后浇混凝土方量,缩短项目建设工期。
