The invention discloses a sliding support capable of avoiding profile milling installation. The sliding support comprises a window frame connecting piece connected with a window frame profile in an installation mode and a window sash connecting piece connected with a window sash profile in an installation mode, wherein the window sash connecting piece is matched with an installation groove of a window sash profile, a positioning block is arranged at the end part of the window sash connecting piece, and the width of the positioning block is greater than that of the installation groove of the window sash profile; and the bottom surface of the window frame connecting piece is rotationally connected with a clamping piece which is matched and clamped with the installation groove of the window frame profile, the width of the clamping piece is smaller than that of the installation groove of the window frame profile, and meanwhile, the length of the clamping piece is larger than that of the installation groove of the window frame profile.
