PROFILE INSTALLATION METHOD FOR SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION WORKS
The present invention relates to a profile construction method for base construction. According to the present invention, the profile construction method for base construction includes: a) a step of fixing a base bolt to a surface for base construction; b) a step of fixing one bent end of a first connection member penetrated to the base bolt when the base bolt is fixed; c) a step of fixing a wall on one side of a vertical member to the other bent end of the first connection member; d) a step of fixing the one bent end of a second connection member to the wall on the other side of the vertical member; e) a step of fixing the one end of a first connection bar to the other bent end of the second connection member; and f) a step of fixing the one end of a second connection bar to the other end of the first connection bar. According to the present invention, the profile construction method for base construction can simply and strongly couple a profile by using only a bolt without welding when constructing the profile for base construction.
개시된 본 발명에 따른 하지 공사용 프로파일 시공방법은, a) 기초볼트를 하지 공사 대상면에 고정하는 단계; b) 상기 기초볼트의 고정시 상기 기초볼트에 관통된 제1 연결부재의 절곡된 일단부를 고정하는 단계; c) 상기 제1 연결부재의 절곡된 타단부에 수직부재의 일측벽을 고정하는 단계; d) 상기 수직부재의 타측벽에 제2 연결부재의 절곡된 일단부를 고정하는 단계; e) 상기 제2 연결부재의 절곡된 타단부에 제1 연결바의 일단부를 고정하는 단계; 및 f) 상기 제1 연결바의 타단부에 제2 연결바의 일단부를 고정하는 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 하지 공사를 위해 프로파일을 시공할 때 용접을 하지 않고 볼트만으로 간단하면서 견고한 체결이 가능한 효과가 있다.
