The invention discloses a modular assembled door leaf and an assembling method thereof, and relates to the technical field of doors and windows. The modular assembled door leaf comprises a leaf frame,three-tenon connectors and core plates. The leaf frame is of a detachable frame structure. Hollowed-out molding frames are enclosed in the leaf frame. Tenon grooves are formed in the edges of the molding frames. The three-tenon connectors are arranged in the molding frames, and tenons are arranged on the sides, facing the periphery of the leaf frame, of the three-tenon connectors. Slots are formed in the other corresponding sides of the three-tenon connectors. The three-tenon connectors are in mortise-tenon connection with the leaf frame. The core plates are arranged in the molding frames, and the edges of the core plates are inserted in the slots of the three-tenon connectors. Splicing of the leaf frame utilizes mortise-tenon connection, and the core plates and the leaf frame are splicedand assembled through the three-tenon connectors, so that the mounting speed is high and the efficiency is high. Metal pieces are not needed, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced. An adhesive isnot needed, and therefore the influence on health is avoided.
