The present invention relates to an assembly method of a hollow door and a hollow door assembled thereby. The assembly method comprises: a preparation step (S10) for preparing a pair of horizontal rods (3) and vertical rods (5), a glass plate (7), and a pair of horizontal rod and vertical rod fixing objects (8,9); a fixing object attachment step (S20) for inserting the horizontal rod fixing object (8) in an insertion groove (15) of the horizontal rod (3), and inserting the vertical rod fixing object (9) in the insertion groove (15) of the vertical rod (5) to be attached; a pre-assembly step (S30) for coupling the vertical rods (5) attached to the vertical rod fixing objects (9) to the ends of left and right sides of any one of the horizontal rods (3), respectively, to form a rectangular intermediate door (1) with the opened top or bottom; a glass plate assembly step (S40) for inserting the glass plate (7) through upper end or lower end opening ends (23) of the intermediate door (1) and assembling the glass plate (7) on a glass plate space (S); and a finishing step (S50) for coupling the other one of the horizontal rods (3), to the opening ends (23). Accordingly, the assembly of the door is completed by inserting the glass plate in the pre-assembled intermediate door and inserting the remaining horizontal rods in the opening ends of the lower end of the intermediate door for the last, thereby supporting the glass plate by a concave structure of a supporting groove in a stable manner and assembly the glass plate in a convenient manner.
본 발명은 중공문짝의 조립방법 및 이에 따라 조립되는 중공문짝에 관한 것으로, 이 조립방법은 한 쌍의 가로대(3) 및 세로대(5), 유리판(7), 및 한 쌍의 가로대 및 세로대 고정물(8,9)을 준비하는 준비단계(S10); 상기 가로대(3)의 상기 끼움홈(15)에 상기 가로대 고정물(8)을 삽입하고, 상기 세로대(5)의 상기 끼움홈(15)에 상기 세로대 고정물(9)을 삽입하여 부착하는 고정물 부착단계(S20); 상기 한 쌍의 가로대(3) 중 어느 하나의 좌우측단에 상기 세로대 고정물(9)이 부착된 상기 한 쌍의 세로대(5)를 각각 결합하여, 위 또는 아래로 열린 직사각형 형태의 중간문짝(1)을 형성하는 선조립단계(S30); 상기 중간문짝(1)의 상단 또는 하단 개방단(23)을 통해 상기 유리판(7)을 끼워넣어, 상기 유리창 공간(S)에 상기 유리판(7)을 조립하는 유리판 조립단계(S40); 및 상기 개방단(23)에, 상기 한 쌍의 가로대(3) 중 다른 하나를 결합하는 마감단계(S50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 선조립된 중간문짝에 유리판을 끼우고 나서 마지막으로 중간문짝의 하단의 개방단에 나머지 가로대를 끼워 문짝의 조립을 완성하고 있으므로, 지지홈의 오목한 구조에 의해서 유리판을 보다 안정적으로 지지하면서도, 유리판을 보다 편리하게 조립할 수 있게 된다.
