The method comprises the following steps: pouring a cement mixture into a forming mold, polishing a printing surface to be flat after setting and hardening, and cleaning for later use; processing a picture to be imaged by using image software to obtain a pattern style; outputting the ink to a printing medium according to a pattern style by using a printer; spraying hydrogen peroxide to the printing surface of the hardened cement mixture, flatly laying and pressing the printing medium with patterns, and tearing off the printing medium after 2-8 h. According to the invention, the problem of poor final imaging effect caused by too early or too late scour start time of a delayed coagulation imaging technology andtoo early or too late removal time of the printing medium by the penetration imaging technology can be effectively avoided, the success rate of concrete imaging is greatly improved, and the method issuitable for large-scale batch production.
本发明公开了一种彩色图案水泥制品的制备方法，包括以下步骤：向成型模具里浇筑水泥混合物，待凝结硬化后，将印刷面打磨平整、清理干净后备用；将所需成像的图片用图像软件进行处理得到图案样式；利用打印机将油墨按照图案样式输出到打印介质上；向硬化后水泥混合物的印刷面喷洒双氧水，上面将有图案的打印介质平铺并压紧，2～8h后撕除打印介质。本发明可以有效避免缓凝成像技术冲刷开始时间及渗透成像技术揭除打印介质的时间过早或过晚，带来的最终成像效果差的难题，极大地提高了混凝土成像的成功率，适合大规模批量生产。
