The invention discloses a mixing production process for an asphalt material used for asphalt pavement paving. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, heating 40 parts by weight of asphalt to 120-220 DEG C, adding 10 parts by weight of a reactive solvent, conducting stirring at a first stirring speed of 30-60 rpm for 5 min, and continuing stirring at a second stirring speed of 80-140 rpm for 10 min to obtain a mixed solution; S2, adding 15 parts by weight of rubber into the mixed solution, and carrying out dispersing to obtain a suspended matter; S3, adding 10 parts by weightof epoxy resin into the suspended matter, and conducting stirring to obtain asphalt liquid; and S4, determining the particle size distribution of the curing agent according to the gradation and type of selected aggregate, and mixing the aggregate, 1 part of fibers and the asphalt liquid to obtain a normal-temperature asphalt mixture. According to the mixing production process, forming strength canbe improved, and pavement quality can be improved.
