Rapid construction method for casings at bottom of open caisson
The invention particularly relates to a rapid construction method for casings at the bottom of an open caisson. The method is characterized by comprising the steps that an embedded part is reserved onthe caisson wall of the open caisson to serve as a fixed point for counterforce frame connecting; an outer casing at the bottom of the open caisson is manufactured in sections; the sectioned outer casing is pressed into soil by using a counterforce frame; two tube well precipitation points are set around the open caisson, and the tube well precipitation depth is required to be able to exceed thecasing bottom elevation; two semicircular bottom-sealing blind plates with holes are manufactured; the bottom-sealing blind plates manufactured in advance are welded and fixed to the bottom elevationposition required for the casing, and a sewage pump pipe penetrates through a round hole with the diameter of 150 mm; and after welding of the bottom-sealing blind plates is completed, a sewage pump is taken out, and a reserved pump pipe hole is sealed. According to the method, through a method that the outer casing is manufactured in sections and pressed into the ground in sections, the height ofthe counterforce frame is decreased, the difficulty of burying the outer casing into the soil is reduced, and meanwhile the perpendicularity of the casings can be effectively controlled; and sufficient time is provided for in-place of an inner casing and filling construction of concrete between the casings, and the construction quality of the inner casing is ensured.
本发明具体是一种沉井底部套管的快速施工方法;其特征是:包括在沉井的井壁上预留埋件,作为反力架连接固定点;将沉井底部的外套管分节制作;利用反力架将分节后的外套管悉数压入土中;沉井周围设两口管井降水点,管井降水深度要求可以超过套管底标高;制作两块半圆形带孔的封底盲板;将提前制作的封底盲板分别焊接固定至套管要求底标高位置,排污泵管从直径150mm的圆孔中穿过;封底盲板焊接完毕后,将排污泵取出并封闭预留的泵管孔洞。本方法利用外套管分节制作,分节压入地下的方法,低反力架的高度,减小外套管入土难度,同时能有效控制套管垂直度;给内套管就位及填充套管之间的混凝土施工充足的时间,确保内套管施工质量。
