The invention discloses a height-adjustable closestool. The height-adjustable closestool comprises a closestool body, a closestool cover, a gasket and a height adjusting mechanism. The height adjusting mechanism comprises a water inlet pipe, a conveying water pipe, a fourth reversing valve and a base. The gasket and the closestool cover are both rotationally connected with the upper portion of theclosestool body; the gasket is positioned between the closestool body and the closestool cover; a water inlet is formed in the closestool body, a water outlet is formed in the inner edge of the upperportion of the closestool body, and the water inlet and the water outlet are connected through a water inlet pipe; and a flushing opening is formed in the inner wall of the closestool body. The height of the closestool body can be adjusted according to the heights of different people so as to meet the requirements of the heights of the different people, the comfort degree of sitting defecation isimproved, meanwhile, pressurization flushing can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that the inner wall of the closestool body is effectively and rapidly flushed clean.
