The invention discloses a low-pressure concrete structure crack repairing device and repairing method. The device comprises a liquid storage barrel, a stirring mechanism, and an extrusion mechanism; the liquid storage barrel comprises a shell body and a liquid outlet head; the two ends of the shell body are open. The liquid outlet head is mounted at the lower end of the shell body; the liquid outlet head is detachably connected with the shell body; the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring frame and a driving mechanism; the output end of the driving mechanism is fixedly connected with one end of the stirring frame; the stirring frame is installed in the middle inside the shell body; the driving mechanism is installed at the upper end of the shell body and connected with the shell body ina sealed mode; one end of the extrusion mechanism is arranged inside the middle of the shell body in an up-down sliding mode; and the other end of the extrusion mechanism penetrates through the driving mechanism and is arranged in a sliding mode relative to the driving mechanism. In an injection process, a user can accurately control the injection speed through a supporting rod, and the user canoperate and use the device more flexibly.
