The invention discloses a device capable of tracking water flow and taking water. The device comprises a box body; a water inlet cavity with an upward opening is formed in the box body; a small box body is arranged in the water inlet cavity; a water storage cavity with an upward opening is formed in the small box body; a small threaded cavity is formed in the left side of the water storage cavity;a water taking device is arranged in the water inlet cavity; a bevel gear cavity is formed in the lower side of the water storage cavity; an oscillation device is arranged in the bevel gear cavity; and a large threaded cavity is formed in the left side of the water inlet cavity. According to the invention, the differential principle is adopted, the lower part can move along with the speed of thewater flow until reaching consistency, and the upper part is used for taking water by opening the compartment twice and carrying out oscillation treatment on the obtained water, so that floaters in the water can be uniform and do not cause corresponding interference on subsequent detection due to gathering; and the device can move along with water flow, and the interference brought by water in other water areas due to the fact that the obtained water is scoured by the water flow is avoided as much as possible.
