The device mainly comprises a water level monitor, an MOF/porous ceramic composite material plate, a wrinkle-shaped vertical plate, reinforcing ribs, a sodium-neon compound and the like, the use of the device comprises the three steps of forming, water collecting and water taking, a lock catch of the compressed and stored water taking device is unlocked and unfolded, the design of three horizontal air inlets in the front face of the MOF/porous ceramic composite material is adopted, and the water taking device is formed. The rate of contact with air and the effective area can be better increased, so that efficient water vapor adsorption and collection are realized; heat in solar energy is absorbed through the graphite coating, so that water in the MOF/porous ceramic composite material is evaporated, and steam is liquefied through the condenser and stored in the water storage tank.
