The invention discloses an alkali-free accelerating agent as well as a preparation method and a preparation device thereof. The alkali-free accelerating agent is prepared from the following componentsin parts by mass: 480-550 parts of aluminum sulfate, 40-55 parts of sodium fluoride, 5-19 parts of oxalic acid, 40-55 parts of diethanol amine, 5-10 parts of glycerol and 380-430 parts of water. Thepreparation method of the alkali-free accelerating agent comprises the steps of adding 380-430 kg of water into a reaction device, and continuously adding 480-550 kg of aluminum sulfate and 40-55 kg of sodium fluoride; stirring at a high speed for 30 minutes; continuously adding 5-19 kg of oxalic acid and 40-55 kg of diethanol amine; and stirring for 2 hours at a high speed to obtain the finishedalkali-free accelerating agent. Heating is not needed in the preparation process, and the obtained product is good in stability and meets all index requirements in GB/T35159-2017 Accelerating Agent for Sprayed Concrete.
本发明公开一种无碱速凝剂及其制备方法、制备装置,无碱速凝剂由以下组分按质量份数组成:硫酸铝480~550份;氟化钠40~55份;草酸5~19份;二乙醇胺40~55份;甘油5~10份;水380~430份。上述无碱速凝剂的制备方法,包括:在反应装置内加入水380~430公斤,连续加入480‑550公斤硫酸铝以及40‑55公斤氟化钠;高速搅拌30分钟;再连续加入5‑19公斤草酸,40‑55公斤二乙醇胺;高速搅拌2小时得到成品无碱速凝剂。本发明制备过程无需加热,所得产品稳定性好,符合GB/T35159‑2017《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》中所有指标要求。
