The invention discloses a construction process of a water-permeable plastic composite water-permeable concrete pavement, relates to the technical field of pavement construction, and particularly discloses a method comprising the following steps that a pavement surface of the pavement is divided into N areas corresponding to N kinds of rubber particles; the N kinds of rubber particles are added into a hopper of an extruder sequentially, the N kinds of rubber particles are mixed with a glue solution in a die head of the extruder, and the mixture is extruded from the die head of the extruder to acorresponding area of a pavement surface to finish the construction of the pavement; and after the last rubber particle is added, auxiliary rubber particles need to be continuously added, and the auxiliary rubber particles are any one of N rubber particles and are used for assisting extrusion of the last rubber particle. Since the rubber particles corresponding to the laying area are added into the extruder sequentially, each rubber particle does not need to be independently mixed, so that the construction steps are simplified, the loss is reduced, and the problem of complex construction steps of a construction process of a plastic pavement in the prior art can be solved.
