The invention discloses a construction method of water-permeable cement concrete pavement. The method comprises the following steps: S1, construction of a base layer: cleaning sundries on the surface layer of a roadbed, compacting and flattening, paving aggregate broken stones to form a first broken stone layer, and performing rolling and flattening, wherein the thickness of the first broken stone layer is 15cm; S2, construction of a concrete base layer: paving cement concrete on the first gravel layer to be rolled and leveled, and reserving a drainage groove in the concrete base layer; S3, waterproof layer laying; S4, PE perforated pipe laying; S5, vertical curb laying; S6, fine stone concrete laying; and S7, construction of a water-permeable cement concrete layer. The permeable cement concrete layer is laid, and permeable concrete has the characteristic of large porosity, so that the infiltration property of rainwater is improved, water accumulation on the pavement is avoided, and the skid resistance of the pavement and the driving safety are improved.
本发明公开了一种透水性水泥砼路面施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、基层施工:清理路床表层杂物,压实压平后,铺设集配碎石形成第一碎石层,碾压整平后,第一碎石层的厚度为15cm;S2、混凝土基层施工:将水泥混凝土摊铺在第一碎石层上碾压整平,并在混凝土基层内预留排水槽;S3、防水层铺设;S4、PE穿孔管铺设;S5、立缘石铺设;S6、细石砼铺设;S7、透水水泥砼层施工。本发明通过透水水泥砼层的铺设,由于透水混凝土具有孔隙率大的特点,提高雨水的下渗性,避免路面积水,提高路面抗滑性与行车安全。
