In order to solve the problems that an existing road surface cleaning vehicle is not high in road surface cleaning capacity and cannot clean hard mud blocks on the ground and garbage with high adhesive force thoroughly, the novel road garbage cleaning and recycling environment-friendly vehicle comprises a protective cover, a nozzle and a suction nozzle, and all or part of the nozzle is located inan inner cavity of the protective cover; all or part of the suction nozzle is located in an inner cavity of the protective cover, the protective cover can form a sealed cavity with the ground, water sprayed out of the nozzle washes the ground to be cleaned, the water and garbage flushed from the ground are mixed to form sewage containing various kinds of garbage, the sewage is pumped out of the protective cover through the suction nozzle, and the sewage pumped out of the protective cover can be separated again. Clean water can be obtained after separation and can be reused, separated garbage can be collected and treated, and the problem that an existing road sweeper or an existing road cleaning vehicle cannot thoroughly remove garbage on the road surface is solved.

现有路面清洗车对路面的清洗能力也不高，对于地面坚硬的泥块以及粘付力强的垃圾不能清洗彻底，本发明提供的一种新型的道路垃圾清洗回收环保车，包括防护罩、喷嘴、吸嘴，全部或部分喷嘴处在防护罩内腔中，全部或部分吸嘴处在防护罩内腔中，其中防护罩可以与地面形成的密封腔，通过喷嘴喷出的水冲刷要清洗的地面，这些水与从地面冲洗下来的垃圾混合形成含有多种垃圾的污水被吸嘴抽出防护罩，被抽出防护罩的污水可以再分离，分离后的可以获得较干净的水可以再利用，分离后的垃圾可以收集后处理，解决现有道路清扫车或道路清洗车不能彻底清除路面垃圾的问题。
