The invention discloses a support replacing system for muddy soil layer foundation pit bottom plate in deep foundation pit supporting construction. The support replacing system comprises a foundationpit bottom plate fixed on a foundation pit through a plurality of first vertical rods and a plurality of second vertical rods; the first vertical rods and the second vertical rods are symmetrically arranged by taking the foundation pit bottom plate as a center, and each first vertical rod and each second vertical rod are each provided with a first clamping groove; the lower end of each first vertical rod is provided with a clamping block in a sliding mode through a sliding structure, and the lower end of each second vertical rod is provided with a second clamping groove matched with the corresponding clamping block; and a plurality of third clamping grooves are formed in the lower surface of the foundation pit bottom plate, and a clamping base is installed in each third clamping groove ina clamped mode.
