The invention discloses a construction method of a tower crane foundation in a deep muddy soil area. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, determining the position of the tower crane foundation; 2, high-pressure jet grouting piles are constructed; thirdly, engineering piles are constructed; 4, earth excavation; 5, constructing a mattress layer; sixthly, the site is leveled, and a mattress layer is tamped; 7, constructing a tower crane foundation; and 8, constructing a basement raft plate, and integrating the tower crane foundation and the basement raft plate into a whole. According to the method, the measures that the high-pressure jet grouting piles pre-reinforce the soil body and the tower crane foundation body extends outwards by one span of the column distance raft plate during construction are adopted, and the problems that after earth is excavated to the bottom of a foundation pit, the tower crane foundation is not easy to construct, and horizontal displacement of engineering piles is likely to be caused in the early-stage tower crane using process are effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种深厚淤泥质土地区塔吊基础施工方法,包括步骤:一、确定塔吊基础位置;二、施工高压旋喷桩;三、施工工程桩;四、土方开挖;五、施工褥垫层;六、场地平整及夯实褥垫层;七、施工塔吊基础;八、施工地下室筏板,将塔吊基础与地下室筏板融为一体。本发明采取高压旋喷桩预加固土体及塔吊基础本体施工时向外多延伸一跨柱距筏板的措施,有效解决了土方开挖至基坑底部后塔吊基础不易施工且在前期塔吊使用过程中容易造成工程桩水平移位的问题。
