The inhaul cables, the TJ type soft steel dampers and the supporting parts are added into the steel frame main structure, the performance advantages of each part are fully played, the system has good anti-sidesway rigidity, energy consumption performance and reset performance, and an anti-sidesway rigidity calculation method and a displacement calculation method of the system under the action of horizontal loads are established.
