The electric handheld elastic-flexible coiled material extending and laying device comprises symmetrically-arranged side face plates, calendering mechanisms located between the two side face plates, a driving part fixed onthe outer side face of one of the side face plates, power transmission mechanisms which are in power connection with the calendering mechanisms, and a shell; the space between the two side face platesis defined into a closed space through the shell, the edge of the inner side face of the shell is fixed to the outer side faces of the side face plates, and the shell is provided with an inlet and anoutlet. A coiled material is subjected to primary pressing through the first calendering mechanism and then subjected to secondary calendering through the second calendering mechanism, so that the calendering effect is guaranteed; and the device can carry out continuous calendering operation on the coiled material, and the calendered coiled material in an extending state can be continuously output, so that efficiency is improved, the width of the calendered and stretched coiled material can be kept consistent, and meanwhile, the flatness after laying is ensured.
