The invention discloses energy-saving green lighting construction utilizing a natural light guide pipe in the construction process. The construction comprises the following steps of (1) construction preparation, (2) material preparation, (3) site investigation, (4) energy-saving light guide system deepening design, (5) hole reservation and processing, (6) waterproof treatment of a fixed rainproofplate, (7) light guide pipe splicing, (8) light guide pipe installation, (9) waterproof treatment and embedding of light guide pipe construction gaps, (10) lighting device installation, (11) guide pipe lower opening fixing, (12) dimming device installation, (13) diffuser installation, (14) light guide pipe lighting system inspection, (15) cleaning and finished product protection, and (16) debugging and acceptance inspection. Compared with a traditional electric lighting technology adopted in a civil building basement in the past, the light guide pipe lighting technology has the advantages thatlight guide pipe lighting belongs to a new technology which is environmentally friendly, low in carbon, capable of saving energy, clean and healthy, the one-time increased investment is small, the investment return period is short, light is soft, the lighting effect is good, and the technology is advanced.
