The concrete dome structure formwork construction method comprises the following steps that a formwork is designed and arranged, and a formwork design and arrangement diagram is obtained; according to the formwork design and arrangement diagram, the position of the center point of a dome is determined, and constructionand paying-off are conducted to determine the point positions of vertical rods; formwork erection is conducted according to the determined point positions of the vertical rods, formwork erection comprises erection of the vertical rods and connection of horizontal rods, wherein the vertical rods are arranged in an annular radial mode, and the vertical rods are gradually thickened from the center of the dome to the outside along with increasing of the radius; diagonal bracings are arranged on the vertical rods; top formwork supporting keels are mounted; warp-direction secondary keels are mounted on the top formwork supporting keels; formwork mounting is conducted, wherein formwork mounting comprises the steps that formworks are mounted one by one from bottom to top in the mode that the whole formworks and arc-shaped triangular formworks are spliced, and after formwork mounting is completed, caulking treatment is conducted on the splicing seam positions; and dome structure concrete is poured; and after concrete pouring is completed, formwork dismounting operation is conducted.
