The device comprises a convection channel, a water storage tank and a solar panel, an opening is formed inthe top end of the convection channel, an air convection opening is formed in the side wall of the bottom of the convection channel, an opening is formed in the side wall of the convection channel, arefrigerating sheet is embedded in the opening, the heat absorption face of the refrigerating sheet faces the interior of the convection channel, the heat dissipation face of the refrigerating sheet faces the outside of the convection channel, a water cold condensation device connected with the heat absorption face of the refrigerating sheet is arranged in the convection channel, a radiator connected with the heat dissipation face of the refrigerating sheet is arranged on the outer side of the convection channel, the solar panel is connected with a storage battery, and the storage battery is connected to the refrigerating sheet and used for supplying power to the refrigerating sheet. Condensate water is generated through solar energy, electric power or fossil energy does not need to be input, use in the desert environment is facilitated, guarding of personnel is not needed in the whole process, automatic operation can be achieved, and the generated water can be used for irrigating crops or plants in the desert and can also be used by people.
