Special concrete additive for shield segment and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a special concrete additive for shield segments and a preparation method thereof, and the additive is prepared by compounding the following components in percentage by mass: 25-45% of early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0-12% of early strength agent, 0.5-3% of state regulator, 0.05-0.2% of defoaming agent, 0.01-0.1% of air entraining agent and the balance of water. The early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer is an early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer of which the side chain molecular weight is 4000-6000. The preparation method comprisesthe following steps: sequentially adding the early strength agent and the water into a stirring kettle, uniformly stirring, adding the early strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the state regulator and the defoaming agent, continuously stirring the mixture, finally adding the air entraining agent, and uniformly stirring the mixture to obtain the additive. By using the special concrete additive for the shield segment, the requirement that the 8h steam curing strength of the shield segment is 20 Mpa or above can be met, and bubbles and chromatic aberration on the appearance surface of theshield segment are reduced.
一种盾构管片专用混凝土添加剂及其制备方法,所述添加剂是由早强类聚羧酸减水剂、早强剂、状态调节剂、消泡剂、引气剂、水复配而成,质量百分比为:早强类聚羧酸减水剂25%~45%,早强剂0~12%,状态调节剂0.5%~3%,消泡剂0.05%~0.2%,引气剂0.01%~0.1%,其余量为水。上述的早强类聚羧酸减水剂为侧链分子量为4000~6000的早强类聚羧酸减水剂。制备方法:在搅拌釜中依次加入早强剂、水、搅拌均匀,再加入早强类聚羧酸减水剂、状态调节剂、消泡剂继续搅拌,最后加入引气剂搅拌均匀即得添加剂。使用本发明的盾构管片专用混凝土添加剂,能够满足盾构管片8h蒸养强度在20Mpa以上的要求,减少了善盾构管片的外观表面气泡及色差。
