C40 inorganic coating anti-freezing concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-freezing concrete with a C40 inorganic coating and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 350 to 400 parts of cement; 40 to 50 parts of fly ash; 750 to 800 parts of sand; 950 to 1000 parts of stone; 45 parts of an additive; and 150 to 200 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring the sand and the stones into respective raw material bins, and carrying out pre-homogenization for 5-10 minutes at a stirring speed of 5-10 r/min; stirring and mixing the pre-homogenizedsand and stones in a forced stirrer for 2 minutes at the stirring speed of 3-6 r/min; after mixing, adding cement, fly ash, a water reducing agent and water, stirring for 5 minutes, adding an XTHPA environment-friendly high-permeability inorganic crystal waterproofing agent, and stirring for 2 minutes. The anti-freezing agent is simple in formula, good in anti-freezing durability and suitable forvarious engineering projects in alpine regions.
