The invention discloses C40 inorganic coating composite anti-freezing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400-450 parts of cement; 750-800 parts of sand; 950-1000 parts of stone; 4-5 parts of an additive; and 150-200 parts of water; wherein the additive comprises an XTHPA environment-friendly high-permeability inorganic crystalline waterproofing agent and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer in a weight ratio of 1: 1. The concrete is simple in formula, good in anti-freezing durability and suitable for various engineeringprojects in alpine regions.
